This was a very lovely stay for another nights stay with good prices. It was in a particularly good location not very far from Trentham Cottage. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Secondly, the location of this hotel is simply unbeatable, situated right opposite the Port Arthur site and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. Lastly, the rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and equipped with good facilities, including a kitchen. All of this at such a reasonable price made my stay truly enjoyable.
There was honestly nothing that could have been improved upon, everything was perfect.

Wally the owner was very friendly and helpful. We only had to walk 2 mins to the Port Arthur Historic Site and we were able to book tour tickets for the Historic site with Wally. Very beautiful garden and nice, clean room with fully functioning amenities. If only we'd been able to stay longer!
Can't think of any negatives.

The place was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Situated in lovely spot close to the historic site but also surrounded by fields where ponies grazed. The bathroom was clean and had a good, hot shower. Room heating was excellent too. All in all highly recommended.

It's close proximity to not only Port Arthur conservation area , but as we found out a whole range of other natural sites. The variety of birds was fascinating to watch too!
Our tv watcher found the position of the tv was next to the table'& chairs & kitchen, so someone always seemed to be in front of it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were exceptional with an enclosed BBQ area, outdoor furniture, and play equipment. Additionally, the location was fantastic as it was in the center of the rooms and close to all the fantastic attractions on the Tasman Peninsula. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Don't have any issues at all.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villas - the location was perfect for visiting the Historic Penal Colony. It was just a short walk from the key entry gate, making it very convenient. The accommodation itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. We particularly appreciated the cooking facilities, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The manager, Deb, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She even arranged transport for us to the Port Arthur site and allowed us to check in earlier than expected. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
No issues during our stay. Everything was perfect 👍.

This hotel is nestled within beautifully manicured established gardens, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident, with rooms equipped with all amenities you'd need for a self-catering stay. The newly updated utensils in the kitchenette make cooking a breeze. The location is perfect, being conveniently close to the Port Arthur historic site.
Only one minor hiccup during our stay.
